Terms and Conditions

Your reservation with Longlasting Trip confirms that you have read, understood and agreed to all terms and conditions. Should the participant have any questions to the terms & conditions, please contact Longlasting Trip for detailed information and consultation prior booking the tour. Our customer service representative will be pleased to answer your questions. Longlasting Trip will reserve the rights of final interpretation to all the published information, terms and policies.

1. Description and tour limitations based on the trip package brochure of Longlasting Trip has been read and understood prior to booking the trip
2. Not recommended for pregnant women and who have serious medical history
3. Valid passport number/ID Card/KTP required to make letter permit by Master Harbor and travel insurance from local authority
4. The cabin room for Open Trip arranged according to the order of the clients reservation

1. Deposit required to secure your booking, it is 30% from total price
2. Full payment required for booking within 3 days of departure or make online booking on our website
3. The rest payment should be made 3 days before trip departure
4. Cancellation made 30 days or more prior to the trip start date may be eligible for a refund. Cancellation made less than 30 days before departure may not be eligible for a refund. Refund administration fee will be charge depends on payment method.
5. Request to reschedule must be made at least 14 days before the original trip date. Approval of rescheduling request is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient bookings, safety concern or external events beyond our control. In such case, participants will be offered an alternative boat, alternative date or a full refund
7. We reserves all rights, while respecting the program, to cancel or change the order of visits without notice depending on the National Park authority, weather, time changing or the closing day of tour sites, etc
8. It is non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable after the trip finish

1. If the participant arrives late or is absent on the day of departure for any reason, the entire trip package is not refundable, not changeable, not transferable
2. If participant does not show up at the agreed place and time of meet up during the trip, the participant will be responsible for any additional costs and missed itinerary cannot be recourse or rearrange.
3. Longlasting Trip disclaims any responsibility for the consequences caused by participant if they withdraw the group during the trip
4. Longlasting Trip does not accept any complaint after disembarkation about problem on boat, facilities can not be used or misconception during the trip

1. Ensuring participants have the necessary travel documents including passports and visas
2. Obtaining appropriate travel insurance to cover personal injury, property damage and potential risks
3. Informing us of any medical conditions or dietary restriction that may affect their participation during the trip
4. Snorkeling equipment that we have provided for trips are the responsibility of participants. If there are damage occur while in use or lost, there is charge applies:

• Goggles: Rp. 250.000
• Snorkel: Rp. 200.000
• Fins: Rp. 350.000

Longlasting Trip shall not be held liable to any loss, damage, delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms and Conditions due to events beyond our reasonable control.

According to the laws and the principles adopted in Indonesia, the force majeure may include but not limited to what happened during the trip: the unpredictable, irresistible, uncontrollable, and unable to cope with the unexpected events and circumstances occurring or will occur as follows:

1. Natural disasters such as typhoons, storms, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, volcanic eruptions, landslides;
2. Government actions such as expropriation, requisition;
3. Abnormal social events, such as wars, armed conflicts, strikes, riots and terrorist attacks.

In such cases, we shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings, travel delays or any other adverse effects experienced by our participant

Longlasting Trip reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes
